You will be required to work in a chilled environment of 0.5 - 2 degrees with duties including, but not limited to: Housekeeping – On job "clean as you go" principles to maintain the DC, equipment and quality standardsAccuracy of task is paramount – Attention to detail is requiredSafety focused – Each individual is a leader in safe behavioursReplenishment - Utilising hi-reach forklift to move pallets from reserve storage locations to active pick faces.Crate and Inner Picking – Operating a pallet rider, Voice picking crates, cartons or units onto a pallet.Pallet Picking - Utilising Hi-Reach forklift pick full/part pallet orders for despatch.Inbound Pallet Building - Using the forklift to transfer crates from manufacturing pickup point onto a pallet.Despatch Consolidation and Pallet Wrapping - Organisational task utilising a pallet mover (if required) to pick pallets ready for loading to ensure optimal trailer utilisation and safety.Despatch Loading - Transferring pallets from staging lanes to racking or trailers.Receiving and unloading pallets - Transferring pallets from trailers to receiving staging lanes in preparation for put away.All other duties pertaining to scope and objective of roleAbout You Due to the nature of duties, we are looking for people with:A forklift licence;Previous experience in using high reach, RF technology and ideally voice picking.Ability to work in a 2-degree environment;Ability to work semi-autonomously;Ability to make decisions in a calm and rational manner;Effective prioritisation skills;Experience performing labour intensive and repetitive tasks. Successful candidates will demonstrate characteristics of initiative, drive, determination to achieve better outcomes and can prove these characteristics with examples from previous experiences.No Recruitment Agencies – we have this one covered! About these Opportunities

About You
