You will be responsible for developing diverse packaging projects across multiple categories and manufacturing sites.Main responsibilities will include but will not be limited to :Managing and delivering packaging technical activities for new product development, renovations, packaging innovations, productivity and sustainability initiativesEnsuring technical feasibility and successful implementation of technical validationsKeeping records, generating reports and updates relating to development projectsDeveloping project timelines for packaging activities, communicating risks and mitigation plans Mentoring junior R&D Packaging team membersAbout you :You have Tertiary qualification in Food and/or Packaging5-7 years’ experience in packaging development or a technical roleStrong experience with Continuous Improvement mindset and Project managementProven track record of delivering projects from conception to launchAbility to manage competing priorities; understanding the level of needs basis within the roleConfident to manage internal expectations and liaise with all areas of the businessIn return we offer an exciting career challenge for you to make an immediate impact, career growth opportunities, competitive salary package and a team orientated and fast paced work environment committed to succeeding.If you are interested in this role and believe you have the relevant skillset we are looking for please Apply Now!
