You will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence, while also enhancing our customer experience and vendor assurance programs.To be successful in the position, you will be passionate about implementing and improving technology systems to get the best results from a quality perspective. This will include integrating systems and utilising six sigma methodologies to optimise processes, efficiency, and compliance. You will also have the ability to influence and drive projects across the business to ensure results are being met. About you:We need a proactive person who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
