Based at our South Brisbane Head Office and reporting to the our Payroll Team Leader, you will join a dedicated team of Payroll Specialists delivering exceptional Payroll services to 2,300 employees nationally.Responsibilities include:Prepare and process salaries and wages accurately and on time following payroll governance. Ensure wages payments comply with EBACalculate and process termination entitlementsMaintain pay records, associated time keeping data, leave records and related information. Also includes the maintenance of all additional pay related recordsComplete weekly & monthly tasks, e.g. PAYG, Superannuation, month end, etc.Actively contribute to the improvement and development of systems and procedures to increase the efficiency of PayrollTrain/mentor team members as requiredBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleaguesProvide friendly and timely advice, information and assistance regarding payroll, related legislative requirements, Lactalis policies and practices, and employment conditions for all levels of employeesAbout you:You have a minimum of 2 years relevant Payroll processing experienceProven experience working in a high volume and fast paced Payroll TeamA strong understanding of current payroll legislation, tax and superannuationExposure to SAP and/or similar large payroll systemsExperience with Microsoft suite; intermediate Our story:Ours is a STORY of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds’ No. 1 dairy company.
