Your daily tasks will include processing and allocating customer payments, reconciling accounts, following up on outstanding invoices and claims, and providing necessary documentation to customers. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding claims and identify potential issues, offering recommendations to management. Additionally, you will produce monthly reports on the status of the ledgers.What you'll need to succeedExperience in Account reconciliationImpeccable attention to detailExcellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement and customer serviceAbility to multitask and prioritise tasksA minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position preferably with FMCG experience.SAP knowledge/experience would be advantageousProblem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment with the desire to achieve results & deadlinesAdvanced skill level using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets & competency with Microsoft WordHave excellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, for customer and team interactions.What can we Offer you?
