You will ensure prompt and accurate test results are communicated to internal and external customers, in both written reports and verbally.You will maintain equipment as per cleaning and calibration schedules and ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained at all times. You will also receive, check and store all consumables for the laboratory and undertake other duties as required. A working knowledge of HACCP, Lean Manufacturing and OH&S are desirable but not essential.The successful candidate will:hold a Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or similar, or have previous experience in a laboratory supporting a food manufacturing operation and knowledge of good laboratory practices. You will have strong communication skills and a dedication to get it right the first time. About the Role
