Reporting to the DC Manager, you will be responsible for inventory management of products into and out of our DC. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the finished product stock controls on a daily basis, driving outcomes across both the provision of excellent customer service whilst simultaneously minimising company losses through stock dumps and poor inventory management. A key aspect of the role is liaising with both internal and external customers, therefore you must be an exceptional communicator with a strong customer service focus. The Inventory manager must have a strong focus on policy, process and controls within the distribution centre, and ensure the appropriate resources are allocated to achieve results across these areas.  The role requires an outward focus, demonstrated through the performance of activities such as SOH reviews, days cover, fulfilment, rotation, MLOR and lead time reviews, DC capacity to support a plan. About YouTo be successful in this role you will:Be able to demonstrate 5+ years in inventory management, processes and system driven abilities to improve performanceAbility to lead and develop a team, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Experience in Inventory slotting considering key goals and efficienciesExposure to SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.You will work well within a team environment and have a genuine commitment to getting it right the first time, every time.We are seeking an applicant with strong analytical skills paired with the pragmatism and tenacity to drive successful outcomes across the management of inventory across the NSW distribution network.If you have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role please submit your application, including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies – we have this one covered! About this Opportunity
