This position is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of the Lactalis Health and Safety Management System and Electronic Database system. You will also be responsible for preparing for relevant ISO accreditation and re-certification and supporting the development and implementation of HSE initiatives and programs.This role acts a critical conduit between the national, regional and local leadership teams across both our industrial and corporate functions requiring excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate strategic goals into effective and relevant frontline outcomes. You will be a pragmatic thinker with the ability to generate and interpret reports and data to drive meaningful change, review and measure the effectiveness of controls. You will have a keen eye for risk and a collaborative and creative approach to mitigation.About you:We need a proactive person who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
