Based at our Lidcombe factory, the HR role will add value to the Lactalis business through the provision of proactive and customer focused HR services.Reporting to the Site Manager and functionally supported by the Head of HR, you will partner with, and be a key member of the Site leadership team and national HR team with centres of expertise.
