Effectively dealing with all HR issues in line with company policies and proceduresDrive engagement and culture through close partnering of leaders, communication and capability building.Partner with cost centre managers to optimise labour costs.EBA negotiations, disputes and grievance management and IR advice.End to end people processes including recruitment, Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, Career Development, Individual Development and Performance Reviews.The successful candidate will be someone who:Understands the value of showing face and lending an ear on the factory floor daily – where our hero process workers keep our dairy dreams alive.Has 5+ years HR experience showcasing leadership, conflict resolution, influential charm, relationship building fines, negation, and the knack for thriving independentlyPrior exposure to either FMCG, a fast paced environment and/or a blue collar workforce preferableA sense of humour sharper than a cheese knife and sleeve ready to roll up at a moment’s notice.A sprinkle of unexpected – we welcome HR rock stars with unusual talents!So, if you’re ready to milk every opportunity, laugh your way through challenges, and help us churn our success in 2024 - or concerned that you might not tick all the boxes, but still curious about joining our team - then apply now!
