Part time considered. About the OpportunityAre you an HR enthusiast ready to work with with a leading global player in the dairy industry? We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator/Recruiter for a short-term contract with an immediate start. Strong focus on recruitment! Key Responsibilities:Manage blue collar end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboardingAssist with HR administration tasks, such as drafting contracts, onboarding new employees, and managing basic HR queriesCollaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitmentUtilize strong Excel skills to analyze and manage recruitment data effectively.Travel to regional sites as required, ensuring a seamless recruitment and onboarding process (reimbursed)Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagementRequirements:Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with data and generate reports.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel to regional sites as needed.Enthusiasm for HR and a desire to learn and grow within the fieldIf you're an upcoming HR superstar eager to gain valuable experience in recruitment and HR initiatives, we want to hear from you!
