Our Opportunity

The General Manager Industrial will be responsible for the overall performance of the Industrial division for Lactalis Australia for all 15 sites nationally as well as providing central expertise for Central Engineering, Capex and Energy, Safety and  Environment for all Lactalis Australia as well as R&D and RM Loss Improvement specialist service for all sites.

You will be a member of the Australian Executive Committee and assist to formulate long term plans (LTP) and annual plans for Lactalis Australia whilst also aligning Divisional and Functional strategy.

What you will need:

• 10 years of Lactalis / Dairy Industrial management expertise
• Degree in Industrial related area essential
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross functional teams at an Executive/ senior level.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing the next generation of leaders with a particular focus on succession planning and talent mapping.

• Significant experience in managing diverse teams FMCG, including responsibility of industrial / manufacturing processes including Engineering, Environment & Safety.
