About this Opportunity As an Active Directory Administrator within the Global M365 Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent support for our global AD footprint and help align the global solution with local requirements. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Manager based in France, within an international team dedicated to Azure, Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange solutions, you will work in close collaboration with the business project managers, helping them to define their needs, and with the IT teams that manage the infrastructure and applications. Key Responsibilities: Build Level: Define and enhance the current Microsoft on-premise architecture. Produce comprehensive technical architecture documents. Ensure Information Security by implementing Tiering & Hardening measures. Define and implement delegation models. Collaborate with "business" project managers to understand and address their needs. Run Level: Maintain the operational condition of the AD and related infrastructure. Monitor and track remediation plans, ensuring timely completion. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Document system configurations and changes. Serve as the last level of support for incidents within the AD perimeter. Additional Responsibilities: Define migration strategies and lead their implementation for Office 365. Administer, secure, and conduct regular audits to maintain operational integrity. Implement best practices and recommendations from Microsoft. Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency. What We Look For: We believe the right candidate possesses the following qualities and skills: Education Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Active Directory Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field advantageous Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous. Technical Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, and the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong PowerShell scripting skills. Expertise in conditional access and security architecture. Familiarity with migration methodologies to Office 365, preferably with BitTitan (MigrationWiz). Personal Attributes The ability to work effectively in a team. Demonstrated autonomy and self-motivation in the field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
