Responsibilities

Based in our Brisbane office and reporting to the Commercial Control Manager – Yoghurts and Dessert your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Month end journals (Rebates, royalties, overheads, marketing and trade spend)
• Monthly P&L reporting book preparation
• Reconcile general ledger accounts (commercial related including trade spend)
• Reconcile transaction data among various systems
• Assist in the build of P&Ls and business cases
• Assist in the preparation of commercial & marketing budgets and monthly forecast
• Provide support for marketing spend accounting and royalty reporting if required
• Partner with Business Commercial Managers and National Account Managers

Candidate

You will have 3 to 4 years’ experience and completed or studying towards becoming a CPA, CA or CIMA. You will be deadline focused with an eye for detail.  You will be able to navigate among a massive volume of transactions and data and present a summary.  We will process a strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with the ERP SAP is desirable but not a necessity.

You will need to be an individual who has the ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders, balance several tasks simultaneously and achieve deadlines.
