In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this role involves actively participating in the cleaning process to ensure efficient and thorough execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the night shift cleaning team, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.Schedule and allocate cleaning assignments, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the required standards within specified timeframes.Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels and address any deficiencies promptly.Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.Assist in the cleaning process as needed, particularly during peak periods or when additional support is required.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure alignment with production schedules.Requirements:Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or production environment.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Flexibility to work weekends as required.If you're interested in career progression with a global leader in the diary industry then we encourage you to apply.  AUD Jindivick 3818
