Transport Operations & Internal Fleet Manager
Location: Rowville, VIC
Reports to: Victorian Transport Manager

We’re seeking a Transport Operations & Internal Fleet Manager to lead internal transport operations across Victoria and oversee fleet and fuel management in NSW and QLD Tow Operations. This is a critical leadership role ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant freight movement to internal and external customers.

About the Role:

• Manage fleet contractor relationships and performance to align with commercial goals.
• Lead fleet deployment and dispatch planning for timely, cost-effective transport solutions.
• Oversee fleet integration and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Direct supplier management for maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Manage fuel supply operations across VIC, QLD, and NSW.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives with National Transport Operations and VIC Transport Manager.
• Ensure safety and compliance under Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
• Travel within VIC and occasional interstate travel to QLD and NSW will be required.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years leading Transport Operations in FMCG sector.
• 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Strong background in fleet and contractor management.
• Knowledge of CoR and Mass Management.
• SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
