About the OpportunityResponsible for strengthening supplier governance and transport compliance across a national logistics network, this role plays a critical part in ensuring transport providers meet regulatory, contractual, safety, and operational requirements.Leading the governance framework that supports supplier compliance, the role drives auditing, performance monitoring, risk management, contractor compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the transport network. The position also supports key compliance requirements relating to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), food safety, and cold chain standards.This role offers the opportunity to influence compliance outcomes at scale while contributing to the ongoing development of one of Australia's largest refrigerated logistics networks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead supplier compliance governance, onboarding, auditing, and contractor management activities across the transport network.Monitor supplier performance against regulatory, contractual, safety, food safety, and service requirements.Maintain compliance systems, records, certifications, licences, insurances, accreditations, and contractor documentation.Investigate compliance breaches, non-conformances, and supplier incidents, driving corrective actions and risk mitigation.Develop compliance reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance insights to support governance and business decision-making.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supplier governance, safety performance, risk management, and operational compliance.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience in supplier, contractor, transport, or logistics compliance within a complex operational environment. The position also supports key compliance requirements relating to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), food safety, and cold chain standards.

This role offers the opportunity to influence compliance outcomes at scale while contributing to the ongoing development of one of Australia's largest refrigerated logistics networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier compliance governance, onboarding, auditing, and contractor management activities across the transport network.
  • Monitor supplier performance against regulatory, contractual, safety, food safety, and service requirements.
  • Maintain compliance systems, records, certifications, licences, insurances, accreditations, and contractor documentation.
