About the Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Clarence Gardens team as the Site Financial Controller. Reporting to the Site Manager, with a dotted line to the Financial Controller Liquids, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting services for the Clarence Gardens site.
You will be actively involved with all departments across the site and play an integral role in delivering improvements to the cost and efficiency of our operation. You will provide financial analysis and advice to the Site Leadership Team to assist with their decision making.

To be successful in this role you must be willing to take ownership of your site, and be a key member of a high performing team driving continuous improvement. You must have good organisational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity. You will need to be curious, adaptable, collaborative and be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction.
Experience working within a Manufacturing business as a Management Controller, Accountant and/or Site Accountant is preferred. Alternately you might be of an Engineering or LEAN Six Sigma background. Experience using a major ERP System such as SAP is preferred.
