Site Controller

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Clarence Gardens team as the Site Financial Controller. Reporting to the Site Manager, with a dotted line to the Financial Controller Liquids, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting services for the Clarence Gardens site.You will be actively involved with all departments across the site and play an integral role in delivering improvements to the cost and efficiency of our operation. You will provide financial analysis and advice to the Site Leadership Team to assist with their decision making.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead monthly financial reporting, delivering accurate results and clear performance insights.Partner with operational leaders to analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior year performance, identifying risks, opportunities and improvement actions.Develop and maintain financial forecasts and savings plans, delivering a high level of accuracy and providing early visibility of performance gaps.Coordinate the annual budget process, ensuring all financial assumptions, cost drivers, savings initiatives and operational plans are fully aligned and accurately reflected.Act as a trusted financial partner to site leadership, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.Monitor, analyse and report site performance KPIs, translating operational data into meaningful financial insights.Drive financial governance, KPI reporting, costing, capital project evaluation and profitability improvement initiatives.About youTo be successful in this role, you will take ownership of your site, build strong partnerships across the business, and be a key contributor to a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Commercially minded, able to translate financial data into actionable business insights.Strong communicator who builds relationships, challenges constructively, and drives continuous improvement.Experience in manufacturing as a Management Controller, Site Controller, Accountant or Site Accountant is highly desirable.Experience using a major ERP System such as SAP.Candidates with an Engineering, Operations Finance or Lean Six Sigma background are also encouraged to apply.Our StoryOurs is a STORY of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds’ No. 1 dairy company. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Clarence Gardens team as the Site Financial Controller. Reporting to the Site Manager, with a dotted line to the Financial Controller Liquids, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting services for the Clarence Gardens site.

You will be actively involved with all departments across the site and play an integral role in delivering improvements to the cost and efficiency of our operation. You will provide financial analysis and advice to the Site Leadership Team to assist with their decision making.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead monthly financial reporting, delivering accurate results and clear performance insights.
