About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Petrol & Convenience Sales Team.

  • Support monthly promotional planning and customer program administration.
  • Coordinate rebate processing, customer invoicing, and payment administration.

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and broader sales support activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Previous experience in administration, sales support, or coordination; FMCG experience highly regarded
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
