Identify and solve mechanical, process, electrical or automation problems for existing and new facilities along with implement and manage continuous improvement modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.You must have a strong focus on safety and accuracy. You will need a proactive and positive attitude; be able to build collaborative relationships with your team and stakeholders, both internal and external to the business.
