Production Supervisor

About the Opportunity:We are seeking to recruit an experience Production Supervisor to join our Dairy Production Team at our Clarence Gardens Facility. About the Role:This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring your Production Shift runs as efficiently & safely as possible while maintaining our high standards of quality and food safety.Responsibilities include:Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP). Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.  Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.About You:Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related fieldLeadership skills and ability to drive resultsStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office.
