About this Opportunity:

We're expanding and looking for multiple motivated team members to join our Production team. Exciting opportunities are available across Production and Blow Moulding at our Nambour Factory. These are full-time, permanent roles—perfect for experienced operators ready to step in, hit the ground running, and make a real impact.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team focused on delivering quality products safely and efficiently. We’re after hands-on operators who are proactive, team-driven, and comfortable working shift work and overtime when needed.

About You: 

The successful candidate will possess exceptional fault finding / troubleshooting skills, effective communication skills and have a solid understanding of GMP and HACCP principles. Sound numeracy and literacy skills are required. Further warehousing or food processing qualifications would be advantageous as would any experience with SAP. 

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is flexible and adaptable to work a variety of work rosters, show attention to detail, and have a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and rapport within the business.
