About the roleWe are seeking Production Operators X4 to join our Rowville site, supporting a world-leading dairy manufacturer. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will operate equipments to formulate and process dairy products. About the role

We are seeking Production Operators X4 to join our Rowville site, supporting a world-leading dairy manufacturer. You will help keep production running efficiently while ensuring products meet quality specifications and maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.

What you will be doing

Operate production equipment and accurately mix and formulate dairy products to meet quality specifications
Complete Clean-in-Place (CIP), sterilisation and cleaning activities for equipment, tanks and lines
Conduct product testing and raw material sampling, and maintain accurate production and quality records
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot routine issues, carry out operator maintenance and report faults promptly
Support production schedules, changeovers, ingredient ordering and handling of rework in accordance with procedures
Work closely with production, quality, maintenance and raw materials teams to achieve production goals
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safe work procedures and environmental requirements

What we are looking for

1–2 years of experience in dairy manufacturing or food processing (desirable)
Knowledge of heat treatment, homogenising, separation, product holding and storage processes
Understanding of food safety, hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices
Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records and identify equipment issues
Strong communication and collaborative approach to working across teams
Reliable, switched-on and eager to learn, with a commitment to health and safety
Certificate Ii in Food Processing preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted
