Reporting to the Production Manager, the role is responsible for overseeing the hour-to-hour activities of production, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while optimising efficiency. Responsibilities include:Coordinate production operations on a shift basis, to meet demand and efficiency targets. Ensure compliance with quality, safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP, GMP). Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.Coordinate and motivate the production team, providing guidance, coaching and feedback. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.  Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.About You:Degree or equivalent certification in Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science or related fieldLeadership skills and ability to drive resultsStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office. About our opportunity:

We have an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Rowville.
