Operations – Management Control & Performance Manager

About our role:  The Operations - Management Control & Performance Manager is responsible for driving the consolidation of profit performance reporting across the business, ensuring that financial insights are delivered with clarity and consistency. The position provides critical decision support to managers at all levels within the SBUs through effective Management Control teams.Responsibilities include:Consolidation of Profit performance reporting through the business.Decision support via Management Control teams to all levels of managers across the SBU’s.Coordinate the preparation and quality of regular financial forecasting, including monthly rolling forecasts, budgets and 3 year long term plans.Development of Management Control teams and skills to meet the business needs.Provision of reporting to Lactalis HQ in line with required reporting models and timetables.Continuous improvements in financials systems and reporting, including liaison with Transformation Project team. Pro-actively seek continuous improvement opportunities within the business.Complete all tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your leader.  About you:  The Operations - Management Control & Performance Manager role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking. Candidates must have:a minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in management control—including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles within large, complex organizations—this individual demonstrates deep expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management.excel in dynamic environments and adept at solving complex financial challenges with clarity and precision.possess advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (such as ERP platforms and Excel), along with outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.clear communication and strong presentation skills enable them to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making at all levels.academic foundation—holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
