This position is responsible for the management and growth of commercial relationships and for the achievement of set financial, category, strategic, marketing and sales plan objectives. Responsibilities include:Strategic Account LeadershipDevelop and execute the annual ALDI account strategy, delivering sustainable revenue growth, profitability and market share outcomes.Build and maintain strong relationships with key ALDI stakeholders, establishing Lactalis as a trusted category partner.Lead the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process to identify growth opportunities and achieve aligned business objectives.Contribute to strategic revenue growth plans, pricing strategies, budgeting processes and long-term business planning.Commercial & Financial ManagementDeliver agreed sales, volume, value, market share and margin targets in line with the Annual Operating Plan.Manage trade investment, claims and account reconciliations to maximise return on investment.Develop commercial proposals and negotiate category, pricing, ranging and key Private Label opportunities.Monitor account P&L performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and commercial effectiveness.Category Growth & Customer DevelopmentLeverage category, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities and influence customer decision-making.Drive category-led initiatives and strategic recommendations across Lactalis product portfolios.Lead category reviews and new product presentations to maximise distribution and speed-to-market.Partner with Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to execute customer-specific growth strategies and innovation plans.Cross-Functional CollaborationLead weekly consensus forecasting activities to support demand planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.Coordinate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Marketing and Logistics teams to deliver customer commitments.Manage customer price files and distribution requirements to ensure operational excellence and market competitiveness.Provide clear and timely reporting, analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.Market & Customer InsightConduct regular business reviews, analysing category performance, customer trends and competitive activity.Maintain a strong understanding of retail market dynamics and evolving shopper behaviour.Regularly engage with the marketplace to identify opportunities and share insights that support business growth.About you:Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields3-4 years of experience in an account management role at a regional or national levelProven experience with field sales operation, category, space management, supply chain and or inventory previously.High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, & SAPFinancial understanding – Budgeting, P&L to EBITExposure to competitive Environment knowledge – Category & ChannelAdvanced Data Analysis & UnderstandingOur story:We are owned by the Lactalis Group, the world’s largest producer of dairy goods. Responsibilities include:

Strategic Account Leadership

About you:
