Admin Assistant (Management Control – Milk Supply)

About our role:Lactalis Australia is a leading dairy company with a strong national presence. We specialize in milk collection and processing, renowned for our high-quality dairy products and commitment to sustainability. This role is within the management control team, whose main function is providing all financial and administrative support to the milk supply department.  The team  covers a wide scope of work from maintaining & reconciling data, paying our contracted farmers, processing invoices, completing the month end result & various levels of reporting. Join us and be part of a team that values innovation and excellence. Responsibilities include:Maintain accurate data: Ensure the milk supply system (MAPS) is up-to-date with daily milk movement data.Process invoices: Handle invoices for milk and ingredient purchases from other processors promptly and accurately.Raise purchase orders: Manage purchase orders for milk collection expenses efficiently.Support the team: Provide backup support for team members, including reconciling and processing freight invoices and sales invoicing.Month-end results: Assist in various tasks to ensure accurate completion of the milk collection month-end results within the required timeframe. About you:Educational background: Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.Experience: 3+ years in an administrative finance role, preferably in FMCG and with SAP ERP experience.Technical skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Personal attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
