This role leads the design and delivery of practical, scalable learning solutions that lift performance, strengthen leadership, and build a consistent development experience across all sites. You will own our learning systems, insights and governance; drive engagement and inclusion initiatives; and partner closely with leaders and HR to embed sustainable, high‑impact learning practices across corporate and operational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Capability StrategyLead the national Learning & Development strategy aligned to the business Long Term Plan.Translate business and capability needs into targeted annual learning and training plans.Ensure learning solutions support performance, safety, productivity and leadership effectiveness.Leadership & Training DeliveryDesign and oversee national leadership and capability programs across operational, functional and leadership cohorts.Embed consistent onboarding, training and development pathways across the organisation.Partner with leaders to uplift coaching capability and the quality of performance conversations.Systems, Data & GovernanceOwn learning and training systems and capability data to deliver meaningful insights on skills, gaps and investment effectiveness.Oversee the national L&D budget, ensuring disciplined planning, tracking and reporting.Identify trends and continuously improve learning effectiveness and return on investment.Engagement, Culture & InclusionLead the national engagement survey process and support leaders with practical action planning.Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.Strengthen cultural alignment through pragmatic, leader‑led learning initiatives.About you A successful candidate for this role is someone who can demonstrate a balance of positive, value-adding behaviour and outstanding results. To succeed in this role, you will have:Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, HR, or related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience as an L&D Partner in a medium to large organisation.Strong understanding of varied L&D methodologies and models, with D&I understanding highly regarded.Proven capability in designing and delivering national L&D programs.Strength in leadership development, capability frameworks and coaching.Experience managing learning systems, data and reporting.Ability to influence, partner and advise at senior levels.Pragmatic, hands‑on and confident working across operational and corporate settings.Our Story Ours is a STORY of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds’ No. 1 dairy company. Key Responsibilities

Learning & Capability Strategy

  • Lead the national Learning & Development strategy aligned to the business Long Term Plan.
  • Translate business and capability needs into targeted annual learning and training plans.
