You will collaborate with the NSW field team being the conduit for the NSW Independent business with the responsibility of communicating and driving the NSW Independent strategy.Responsibilities for this role include:Customer and relationship management including the development of business plans for the NSW Independents M&B channel and across state based Independent MSO groupsCollaborate and communicate effectively across the business, to share and deliver the NSW Independents strategy and account plans with the NSW field teamAchieving budget objectives, managing monthly trade spend accruals, variance and claims, and providing revenue and trade spend forecastsDevelopment of promotional programs for the state and with key independent retailersAbility to utilize data monitor performance against plans and adjust accordingly to realise best consumer and commercial outcome.What you’ll bring to the role:At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG preferably with an understanding of the NSW Independent retail marketRelationship and stakeholder management and the ability to influenceCommercial astuteness and mindsetOutstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrategic mindset.We are looking for an outstanding sales professional, with strong account management experience, who thrives in a progressive and dynamic FMCG environment. About our Opportunity
