Junior Site Controller

About The Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Jindi team as a Junior Site Controller.Reporting to the Site manager and supported by the central Management Control team, you will be responsible for all accounting and reporting services for the Jindivick site.You will be actively involved with all departments across the site and play an integral role in delivering improvements to the cost and efficiency of our operation.You will provide financial analysis and advice to the Site Leadership Team to assist with their decision making.Responsibilities Include :Completing Site Financial Results on a monthly basis – Financial & ManagementAssisting Site Management with analysis, insights and explanation of monthly results;Preparing weekly KPIs;Preparing budgets and forecasts;Acting as a co-pilot  to drive continuous improvement;Development of Site CAPEX and business case submissions;Providing support to the Costing team, including loss factors, BOMs and Routings;Complete ad hoc project for the Management & Control team and the Site Manager.To be successful in this role you must be willing to embrace learning, take ownership of your work, and be a key member of a high performing team driving continuous improvement. You must have good organisational and time management skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity. You will need to be curious, adaptable, collaborative and be able to work autonomously with minimal instruction.Experience working within a Manufacturing business as a Management Accountant and/or Site Accountant is preferred.
