Reporting to the Commercial Management Control Manager, this role will provide commercial accounting support, forecasting, and financial analysis to Sales and Marketing teams across products, channels, and customers.This is an excellent opportunity for a developing finance professional to gain exposure to commercial finance in an FMCG environment, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and contributing to business performance.Act as the key contact for the Major Accounts Reconciliation Team in relation to customer claims and trade spend queries.Support month-end close by processing journals across commercial, overheads, marketing and trade.Build and maintain commercial forecasts and assist with budget preparationPartner with Sales (NAMs, KAMs) and Marketing teams to provide financial insights and performance analysis.Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting requirements.Assist with promotion systems, trade spend reporting, and rebate tracking (including non-grocery).Provide data-driven insights to support marketing, category and commercial decision-making.Contribute to process improvement, reporting enhancements and ad hoc commercial projects.About YouYou are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. With a strong analytical mindset, you are confident translating financial data into practical insights and partnering with stakeholders across Sales and Marketing.You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, and are working towards (or keen to pursue) your CA/CPA. You bring 2–3 years’ experience in commercial finance or a similar role, with exposure to forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.You have strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP highly regarded), along with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
