Collaboration, flexibility and diversity are pillars of our environment.  With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference. About the OpportunityBased in Clarence Gardens South Australia, a new rare and exciting opportunity is available for a hands on Inventory Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team.Reporting to the Site Manager this position is responsible  for the management of timely replenishment of Raw ingredients and Packaging materials for the site, including the coordination of storage and accompanying relationships, receivables, dispatching and transfers within the site operation. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring the availability of materials for all product lines in order to meet production schedules. With leadership, proactivity and energy you need to make sure  that customer service is delivered whilst ensuring safety, quality and efficiency is met. Key accountabilities of the role but not limited to:Purchasing materials via the MRP list in SAP and closely monitoring and responding to exception messagesMaintain weekly stock levels, primarily in relation to all Raw and Packaging materials used on siteSchedule inbound deliveries, taking into account site requirements and storage constrainFollow up on orders in a timely manner (24 hours) clearing blocked orders, price and quantity variancesLiaising with suppliers in relation to on time deliveries, product returns, credit notes and non-compliance. About the Opportunity

Based in Clarence Gardens South Australia, a new rare and exciting opportunity is available for a hands on Inventory Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team.

About You

  • Experience in FMCG  is highly advantageous
  • Experience working in Warehousing/dry goods is desirable 
  • Supervisory experience 
  • Forklift LIcense / hands on approach to support the team if required
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative
  • Strong decision making and planning abilities
  • Attention to detail and highly organised
  • Strong and active leadership skills to guide, mentor and support staff
