International Supply Chain Intern

Lactalis Australia—home to some of Australia’s most iconic dairy brands—is seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented International Supply Chain Intern on a contract for 12 months (Full-Time of Part-Time, minimum 3 days/week) to join our International Supply Chain team.This role is perfect for someone passionate about global trade, logistics, export compliance, and end‑to‑end supply chain operations. About the Role

  • Coordinate sea freight and airfreight bookings with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and warehouses.
  • Liaise with production and demand planning to meet customer ETD/ETA requirements.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation (EDN, Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin, organic certifications, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with Australian export regulations and importing‑country requirements.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you have:

Required
  • Studying or a degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, Logistics, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail, organisation, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Confidence working with systems and data.
Highly Preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP or BSM.
  • Understanding of international logistics, export documentation, or Incoterms.
