About our role:This role ensures the integrity of people data within SuccessFactors and related systems, supports compensation cycle delivery, and partners with payroll, HR and finance to provide workforce metrics. Responsibilities include:Enter and maintain employee data and position hierarchies in SuccessFactors, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Support onboarding, movements, and terminations through accurate workflow processing and documentation.Assist in maintaining HRIS documentation, including process maps, work instruction, and access control governance. Provide administrative support during salary and bonus campaigns, including data preparation, validation and file uploads.Administration of employee benefits, recognition programs, internal tracking spreadsheets and expatriate expenses.Support salary survey submissions, Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) submissions, employee data audits and other human resources related initiatives.Deliver regular reports on people and workforce metrics, internally and externally.Work with our provider and key business stakeholders to effectively administer the Lactalis Australia Fleet, including partnering with the business to ensure accurate fleet records and assist with onboarding and offboarding activities involving company vehicles.Provide administration support and adhoc reporting as required. About you:The HRIS & Compensation Coordinator play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our HR systems and supporting critical compensation processes. Candidates must:have a diploma or higher qualification in HR, business, data analytics, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have equivalent industry experience. In addition, must have 2 to 3 years of experience working in HR, compensation, rewards, benefits, or HR/payroll reporting.Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups) and comfortable with dashboards and reporting tools. Exposure to job evaluation and market data analysis, ideally using KornFerry Job Evaluation Methodology is highly regarded. Experience as a system administrator for SuccessFactors compensation modules and expertise in HR data analysis will set you apart.Demonstrate excellent attention detail and communicate clearly with others.
