About our role:Reporting to the Head of HR for Talent and Organisation Development, this is a national role in a global company.  This role is pivotal in supporting our people processes in Australia for the HR team and Leaders, including: Annual review cycle, Learning & Development programs, HR reporting and Recruitment support.Responsibilities include:Learning and Development - coordinating learning programs, administration & reportingReporting and Analysis - workforce demographics, global KPI's, digital learning insightsRecruitment and Onboarding - SME for our recruitment and attraction systems: ATS, LinkedIn, Seek; improve onboarding processesCommunication - updates and policy enquiries About you:•       Around 2 years in an HR Graduate, Administrator or Coordinator role•       A self-starter who has proficiency in HR software, processes and databases and an active interest in AI•        Tertiary qualifications in human resources or related •        Highly computer literate MS Office and business and communication tools.•        A passion to grow and learn and 'out grow' this role in 2-3 yearsOur story:Ours is a STORY of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds’ No. 1 dairy company.
