Based in Lidcombe and reporting to the Field Sales Support Team Lead, this role plays a key part in providing day‑to‑day administrative support to both the National Field Sales team and the Lidcombe Sales Office.You’ll be kept busy with a wide range of responsibilities, including processing customer forms and related paperwork, creating purchase orders, coordinating domestic travel for the Field Team and Field Sales Managers, and assisting with sales reporting and other general reports as needed. The role also supports customer claims, franchise distributor payments, expense management, and the maintenance of national distribution and contact lists.In addition, you’ll take care of general office duties such as handling mail and couriers, ordering stationery, building supplies, product samples and uniforms, as well as managing and processing point‑of‑sale materials. You may also be involved in organising events from start to finish — sourcing suitable venues, coordinating theming, accommodation and catering, managing budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.From time to time, you’ll also assist with special projects and provide broader administrative support as required, making this a varied role that offers plenty of opportunity to learn and get involved.About YouYou’re someone who thrives in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with ease. About the Opportunity
