About this Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as the Distribution Centre Coordinator within the afternoon shift at the Rowville Site. We invite candidates who are passionate about driving operational excellence within the Dairy Industry and leads with empathy to inspire high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results. Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the logistics team on site and ensure you lead and support your employees, in line with business direction and strategy to ensure optimum customer service is delivered whilst ensuring safety, quality, environment and efficient productivity. Coordinate Shift OperationsOversee daily operations including troubleshooting, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth shift handovers across production, cold room, and transport teams.Ensure Accurate Timekeeping and DocumentationEnter employee timekeeping into SAP Payroll and ensure all shift reports, log sheets, and associated documentation are completed, checked, and signed off.Maintain Product Quality and ComplianceManage quality control processes including temperature checks, product codes, shelf-life monitoring, and handling of leakers, labels, and caps. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Manage Inventory and DispatchEnsure stock rotation (FIFO), accurate receipting of incoming goods, and timely, complete loading of trucks to meet dispatch schedules.Promote Safety and Continuous ImprovementFoster a safety-first culture by promoting zero injuries, reporting near misses, and supporting incident investigations.
