About our role:The Data Analyst (Payroll) will be instrumental in supporting a strategic industrial relations initiative by ensuring the precise interpretation and application of Enterprise Agreements within payroll systems and processes. Embedded within the Human Resources – IR/Payroll division, you’ll collaborate closely with project teams, payroll, HR managers, and consultants to drive compliance and enhance operational efficiency across the business.In this role, you’ll analyze payroll data to uncover discrepancies and identify opportunities for improvement, provide expert support in SAP payroll configuration and reporting, and develop advanced Excel models for payroll analysis and compliance tracking. Working alongside HR, IR, and site management teams, you’ll help align payroll practices with industrial instruments, prepare insightful reports for stakeholders, and support system testing for EA-related changes.
