Key responsibilities include:Lead team of 3 Customer Specialists that add value to both our internal and external Supply ChainsEnsuring internal and customer collaboration efforts meet our customer demand and replenishment needs are satisfied to maximize customer service in the most cost-effective wayOngoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved. Provide visibility to the business on customer KPIsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to drive process improvements that improve service and efficiencyAbout you:You have a Bachelor of Business or Supply Chain Minimum 5 years Customer Supply Chain, Planning and or Logistics role in FMCG environmentProven experience making presentations to internal and external audiences with the ability to change communication style to suit situation, purpose and audienceContinuous improvement mindset, able to identify and lead changeStrong analytical skill including advanced excel.
