Customer Supply Chain Specialist

A unique opportunity is available for a highly motivated and analytical Customer Supply Chain Specialist in our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for ensuring quality customer service to a group of Foodservice customers along with identifying and leading Supply Chain improvements that are mutually beneficial for Lactalis and our customers, both service and cost. Reporting to the Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager, this position acts as the interface between Lactalis supply chain and customers. Internally, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams. You will also be required to support casefill targets along with identifying and driving process improvements to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply chain from Lactalis to our customers.This position can be based either at our Scoresby office in Melbourne or our Lidcombe Office in Sydney.In this role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Be the key contact for specified accounts for day-to-day customer service and supply chain activities Identifying and driving supply chain improvements in conjunction with the customer which results in improvement of customer service and cost win-winsDrive customer specific opportunities that enhance Lactalis Supply ChainOngoing evaluation of KPIs to ensure performance targets are achievedIdentify root cause of issues and work with internal stakeholders on corrective actions To be successful, you will ideally have: Degree qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-driven mindsetDemonstrated experience leading change initiativesAbility to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of supply chain principlesStrong negotiating skills and the ability to influence a cross-section of stakeholdersGood communication skillsIntermediate to advanced ExcelFMCG experience·SAP experience highly regardedPrevious Supply Chain experience is essential, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their supply chain career.Our staff enjoy and operate in a hybrid working environment where flexibility is embraced.
