A unique opportunity is available for a highly motivated and analytical Customer Supply Chain Specialist in our Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for ensuring quality customer service to a group of Foodservice customers along with identifying and leading Supply Chain improvements that are mutually beneficial for Lactalis and our customers, both service and cost.
Reporting to the Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager, this position acts as the interface between Lactalis supply chain and customers. Internally, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Planning teams. You will also be required to support casefill targets along with identifying and driving process improvements to ensure a smooth end-to-end supply chain from Lactalis to our customers.
This position can be based either at our Scoresby office in Melbourne or our Lidcombe Office in Sydney.
