About our roleThis is a fixed-term role (6-12 months) and will manage credit and receivable accounts to contribute to the organisation’s overall financial stability and profitability by minimising credit risk and improving collection efficiency.Responsibilities include:Review and resolve blocked order in SAP: ZBBN;V.02;VF04Keep record of ZBBN blocked orders and email list to teamManage and triage Accounts Receivable inbox – attending to queriesUpdate billing address for accountsSend Direct Debit forms with supporting documentation to customers as requiredAttend to requests for copy invoices and statementsCollate supporting documentation for customer refundsPrepare files for referral to Debt collection AgencyThe following accountabilities are common to all positions:Complete all tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your leader.Pro-actively seek continuous improvement opportunities within the business.About youCandidates must have:High School diploma or similar qualification (or equivalent industry experience).Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Credit, preferably within FMCG.Data entry – 10,000 KSp/hr – 100% accurateDemonstrates strong literacy and numeracy skillsPossesses excellent time management and organisational abilitiesConsistently exceeds customer service expectationsCapable of resolving issues independently, without frequent escalationOur storyOurs is a STORY of a family business created by the Besnier Family in 1933 and is today the worlds’ No. 1 dairy company.
