Pillar brands such as Paul’s, OAK, Ice Break, Vaalia, Tamar Valley Dairy, Jalna, and President provide Lactalis Australia with a deep national footprint for growth and prosperity.  Our brands bring pride to our employees, and we continue to innovate with new products.Our opportunityWe have an exciting permanent position for a Banking Administrator to join our team.  Reporting to the Treasury Analyst - Banking, this role is responsible for managing the processing of daily banking and payment allocation in a timely manner to support collection processes and daily cash flow.Key Responsibilities:Allocate incoming receipts to customer accounts according to deadlinesInvestigate and resolve unallocated receiptsComplete allocation of all other bank transactions daily in SAPMatch transactions in the Diapason treasury systemScan and archive banking and relevant credit documentsProcess credit card and direct debit payment batchesClear relevant GL accountsPerform external verification of bank detail master data for outgoing paymentsSAP Accounting experience essentialAnd other tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your manager. ABOUT YOU:A successful candidate for this role is someone who can demonstrate a balance of positive, value-adding behavior and outstanding results, consistently meeting commitments to all stakeholders. Our opportunity

We have an exciting permanent position for a Banking Administrator to join our team.  Reporting to the Treasury Analyst - Banking, this role is responsible for managing the processing of daily banking and payment allocation in a timely manner to support collection processes and daily cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate incoming receipts to customer accounts according to deadlines
  • Investigate and resolve unallocated receipts
  • Complete allocation of all other bank transactions daily in SAP
  • Match transactions in the Diapason treasury system
  • Scan and archive banking and relevant credit documents
  • Process credit card and direct debit payment batches
  • Clear relevant GL accounts
  • Perform external verification of bank detail master data for outgoing payments
  • SAP Accounting experience essential

And other tasks and duties as reasonably requested by your manager.
