In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, support and continuous improvement of Lactalis’ Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment, helping maintain a secure, reliable and scalable identity and collaboration infrastructure. Working closely with local and global IT teams, business project managers and third-party vendors, you will support the delivery of Microsoft 365 services, resolve complex technical issues and ensure global standards are aligned with local business needs.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, access changes, role updates, access reviews and deprovisioning.Implement and maintain identity and access management controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, SSPR and Privileged Identity Management.Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.Monitor the health, performance and security of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.Support security administration and compliance activities, including identity governance, access reviews, mailbox auditing, retention policies, DLP controls and Microsoft Defender configurations.Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts to support administration, reporting, licence management and operational processes.Support identity, collaboration and endpoint-related projects, including migrations, tenant integrations, infrastructure upgrades and technology transformation initiatives.Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards and knowledge articles in line with IT governance and security requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a strong safety and compliance culture.ABOUT YOU:A successful candidate for this role is someone who is technically strong, security-minded and comfortable working across both local and global IT environments. You will bring strong troubleshooting capability, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering reliable support to internal customers.This position is ideal for an applicant with:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 or systems administration.Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.Experience with Conditional Access, identity federation, single sign-on and security architecture.Strong PowerShell scripting capability.Experience supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.A strong customer service focus and commitment to continuous improvement.Desirable:Postgraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.Familiarity with Office 365 migration methodologies, preferably BitTitan / MigrationWiz.Knowledge of VMware vSphere, including ESXi hosts, vCenter administration, virtual machine lifecycle management, cluster configuration and troubleshooting.Interest in security-related practices, governance and risk management.WHAT WE OFFER:As a global company, we provide an exciting career opportunity where you can make an immediate impact.
