About the OpportunityDue to an internal movement, we now have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Production Specialist to join our site team. Reporting to the Industrial Performance Manager, you will support our factories in the use of SAP and be responsible for ensuring all users in manufacturing are working with SAP in the most effective manner. You will be required to work with a degree of autonomy and be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload.You will be responsible for:Facilitating and developing a network of key users in each factoryManaging SAP implementation projects (e.g. WMS or QM modules roll-out, SAP mobility solutions)Identifying and prioritising SAP enhancements, (e.g. PI sheets, Batch management, STO process)Setting up testing data, training data and use-case scenarios in each environmentOrganising Users Acceptance TestsManaging communication with impacted stakeholders when implementing projects and enhancementsUpdating the training documentationProviding support during and after Go Live to ensure users’ adoptionTo be successful in this role, you have acquired the following skills: Functional expertise in: SAP PP, MM, QM;Project managementBusiness process modellingExperience developing e-learning materialsStrong collaborative and coaching skillsAbility to interface at different levels of the organisation (IT, Management, Shopfloor)An eye for simplification and continuous improvement opportunitiesYou will be a strong communicator, be willing to work collaboratively within a team, and proactively involve yourself in process improvements or innovations relating to both SAP and the wider business.If you have the ambition, drive and competency to succeed in this role and wish to join an impressive global business and be part of a healthy working environment, please submit your application including current resume by selecting 'Apply' and following the prompts.No Recruitment Agencies – We have this one covered!
