Our products include S-26 Alula Infant formula range and Delical Oral Medical Nutrition for Aged Care facilities.About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Key Account Manager - Hospitals to join the Field Sales team based in Victoria. The territory will cover all of Victoria with travel to some regional locations.Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across both our infant and medical nutrition portfolio.  Calling on key target customers across hospital neonatal, maternity, paediatric wards, dietetics and other required divisions as business requires in the aged care setting.  You will have a proven track record in Key account and supply chain management, and implementation of tenders. In addition you will possess excellent communication and influencing skills to engage with key opinion leaders for clinical presentations and in-services and educational meetings.The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:Ensuring that the business performance in the defined geographical area is consistent with the strategy and promotional plans that are defined for the businessKey account management for targeted hospitals including public, private, rehab and affiliated aged care organisations.You will be responsible for forecasting, supply chain management, and potential management of state nutrition ( HSV) tender implementationEstablishing long term sustainable relationships with key stake holders and health care professionalsWorking closely with other Nutritional Healthcare Representatives to ensure collaboration that will increase the effectiveness in the designated geographic areaResponsible for the delivery of tailored product knowledge, education and resource solutions to targeted customers About you:Hold a tertiary qualification in Health Sciences or related degrees with proven experience gained in paediatric or neonatal field and/or pharmaceuticals salesProven experience in hospital selling, ideally in nutrition or other relatable medical products, key account management, business to business selling and meetings.Be customer focused with the ability to understand and anticipate their needsProven ability to negotiate and build long term relationships with internal and external customersPassion for sales and a drive to develop and move the business forward via self- leadershipHave experience in launching new products to marketWell-developed time management skills with the ability to be flexible and meeting conflicting deadlinesHigh level of motivation to work autonomously and also be a team player to deliver exceptional resultsYou need to be agile and manage change.If you join the Sanulac team, what’s on offer?  Discounted health insurance, gym memberships, hotel accommodation and on a range of Apple and Dell productsFlexible work arrangements, Parental Leave and access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Free annual Flu Vaccination and mental health initiativesParticipate in Reward and Recognition program and Talent Referral programIf the above sounds like you and you want to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment then apply now.  AUD Melbourne
