About this Opportunity
Our export division now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join our International team in the role of Sales Support Analyst.
Based in Scoresby and reporting to the Export Sales Support Manager, you will become a critical member of the team by providing excellent levels of customer service to ensure our sales effort is maximised.
To perform your key responsibility to provide co-ordination of the sales administration functions and analytical support to Account Management teams and be the key contact between the Account Managers, Customers, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing functions of the International business, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external production and logistics stakeholders, as well as customers from a wide range of countries and cultures.
Ideally you would be degree qualified with 2-3 years’ experience in international import/export requirements for dairy products or FMCG. You would have financial understanding - Budgeting, P&L and experienced in programs such as BSM, SAP Microsoft Systems.
In addition to this we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Efficient time management skills / ability to work effectively under tight time constraints
- Discipline to follow company and regulatory guidelines
- Superior organisational skills, a structured approach to completing tasks and attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Teamwork – synergising cross-functionally and within the Export unit
- Maturity to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
