Responsibilities include: Providing strong guidance to the Production and Technical teams on change management in relation to quality matters.Developing the quality related capabilities for all employees as appropriate.Ensuring compliance to food safety requirements for all products manufactured.Effective management of the Laboratory and Quality programs, and leadership of a team of technical experts who ensure that we provide quality products to our customers and consumers at all times.Compliance to external audits and ensure all external and internal audit corrective actions are closed out.Developing and implementing Quality programs in line with Lactalis Quality targets and driving actions to reduce the cost of Quality losses.Monitor and report on consumer complaints to support the development of preventative measures. The Successful CandidateYou will have the appropriate Science/Food Science/Food Processing qualifications and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Laboratory applications in Food manufacturing.
