We want you to grow with us.We are therefore looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge of positively impacting the business by taking full ownership of the quality management systems and take it through this critical stage of development and growth, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Duties includeThe Quality Coordinator is responsible to monitor, take corrective action and report on all quality and process related issues to ensure continuous improvement. The position will monitor compliance with all company and industry regulations and standards and carry out production and management system audits. Product samples will be taken to ensure production within company specifications and any non-conformance will be fully investigated and with solutions provided.The successful candidate will have previous experience in food processing, preferably in aseptic packaging. You will have proven supervisory skills in motivating your team and leading by example. Your knowledge base will include basic microbiological and chemical concepts and an understanding of HACCP, ISO and food processing requirements.
