About the OpportunityThe vacancy has come about as a result of internal promotion and reports to the Customer Director – Aldi & Independents, for the Yoghurts & Desserts Business Unit. This role can be based out of either our Melbourne (Scoresby) or Sydney (Lidcombe) offices.Your role is to achieve the financial, category, strategic, marketing and sales plans for the National Aldi business. In addition, develop new products in conjunction with the joint business plan as a base for growth and implementation of customer plans.You will be actively involved and responsible for driving successful:Development of the annual customer business planStrengthen relationships with customer teams to drive opportunity for LactalisDrive NPD projects within Lactalis to support Aldi growth opportunitiesFacilitate and manage the Private Label tender processYour leadership style is achievement focused and collaborative.
